How to use the Services

You can use the services of the Call Center by dialing "195" directly from landline (city, village) phone numbers, as well as Azercell, Bakcell and Nar telephone numbers.

After dialing "195", you can contact the Call Center of the State Tax Service by selecting "1" button.

The phone should be switched to tone mode while calling "195". If the connection is interrupted while calling "195" and selecting the "1" button, this is because of the failure of your phone in tone mode. In this case, you can switch the phone to tone mode by pressing * (star) prior to selecting "1" button after dialing "195".


How to use the service in non-business hours:

Those who apply to the State Tax Service at non-business hours are offered three language options - Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

In this case, applicants can automatically get information about types of tax , their tax debts, or if the information is insufficient they can make a request to the Call Center employee to call them back on the next business day.

Persons wishing to be contacted by the Call Center employee on the next business day have to enter the landline (city, village) phone number and other necessary information into the system for callback by dialing "3".

You can connect to the call order menu by selecting "0" button while using any of service the voice menu.

How to use the services:

After dialing the number "195", you can apply to the Call Center of the State Tax Service by selecting the "1" button.

When calling "195", the phone should work in tone mode. If the connection is lost after dialing "195" and selecting the "1" button, it means that your phone does not work in tone mode. In this case, after dialing "195", you can switch the phone to tone mode by pressing the "*" (star) button before selecting the "1" button.


How to use the service in non-business hours:

Those who apply to the Call Center of the State Tax Service during non-business hours are offered 3 language options in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

In this case, the applicants can automatically get information about the types of taxes, study the tax debt, or if the information provided is insufficient, they can apply for contact by a call center employee on the next business day.

Persons wishing to be contacted by an employee of the Call Center on the next working day must enter the landline (urban, rural) numbers and other necessary information for feedback using the voice menu navigator by selecting the "3" button.

You can connect to the call order menu by selecting the "0" key when using any of the voice menus.

Currently, individuals who subscribe through the "Two-may SMS service” receive information about their tax obligations and tax authority’s legal requirements in 21 directions. Persons who use the service by request are informed on 5 directions.

The service is available in two forms:

  1. To register through the Internet Tax Administration, you should select the "Registration of the number" in the pop-up window after entering the subsection “Two-way SMS service” of the section "Online clerical work and e-Tax Account Invoice". After entering your mobile number in the pop up window you receive confirmation code. The registration is completed after entering the confirmation code in the popup window.
    To subscribe to the service via the Internet Tax Administration, you need to select the "Subscribe" button after entering the subsection “Two-way SMS service” of the section "Online clerical work and e-VHF". Enter your mobile number in the pop up window. When a confirmation code is sent to the phone and after the confirmation code is entered and confirmed, the subscription is completed.
  2. In order to use the service, mobile number must be registered by dialing *195*user code*password# and pressing "YES" (for example: *195*00000541*121756#YES).
    To subscribe to the service it is necessary to type “START” and send SMS to 8195 from the registered mobile phone number.

An SMS with the following content will be sent to you in the following cases:

After registration of number you can get information about:

"1" the tax debt to the state budget by sending "1";
"2" the declarations to be submitted by sending "2";
"3" whether the activity is active or suspended by sending "3";
"4" whether there are unread letters in the inbox by sending "4"; and
"5" the registered business entities by sending "5" to 8195 without subscribing to the service;

For each request sent to 8195, 0.1 AZN shall be charged for service. 1.18 AZN/per month shall be charged for subscription. The service is available for subscribers of mobile operators “Azercell”, “Bakcell” and “Nar”.
